meditation_smallPerhaps you feel attracted to meditation, but don't know where to start when there are so many different methods!  Vedic Mantra meditation is easy and pleasant. You do not need to strain or use concentration.  And yet this method is a very effective way to recharge your batteries, both in body and soul, simply because you can quickly reach a state of deep physical and mental rest.

This technique comes from the Vedic tradition.  Judith has traveled to India many times to study under different Gurus and has over 30 years of experience teaching this method. How does Vedic Mantra meditation differ from other methods?  1) It does not take a long time to reach a state of deep relaxation. 2) You do not need to sit in an uncomfortable position - you sit, relaxed, in a comfortable chair.  3) Even though this technique is easy and pleasant, you get results quickly. Your bloodpressure gets back into balance and energy levels increase.  4) Another difference is the fee:  Judith works independently of meditation movements that charge very high fees, although she has the same training. You are welcome to test a simple method that makes you more creative and provides greater inner harmony.

In order to learn this technique you need to book 4 lessons, the first of which is always private.
